Your personal data is processed for the purpose of tracking your progress through the training and enabling us to save your progress. Information will be collected on the time you launch each learning item and when you complete the assessments. Your data will be processed for statistical purposes which are used to improve the Service. This information will be seen by Connect To Learn administrators, content providers and support personnel who are responsible for this programme. This information will not be shared in any other way.
Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Ericsson to provide, manage and improve relevant educational material. For participants not employed by Ericsson the processing is also based on consent.
The data is processed by Ericsson AB, other companies within the Ericsson Group in any country of the world and our sub-contracted service provide Cons Ltd. The data is transferred to Cons Ltd in India under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, of which a copy can be obtained from the Ericsson Data Protection Officer. The data is also transferred to Ericsson Group Companies which can be located in any country of the world and such transfer is made under Ericsson Binding Corporate Rules, which you find at www.ericsson.com/privacy/BCR
The data will be stored as long as you use the Service and 12 months thereafter. Data which is incorrect can be requested to be deleted by you sending a request for deletion to connecttolearn@ericsson.com . The same contact can be used should you no longer wish your data to be processed as part of this programme and then we will no longer process your data forthwith but such withdrawal does not affect data already processed under the consent.
You have the right to complain on the data processing with a data protection supervisory authority. This could be the Swedish Data Protection Authority or the Data Protection Authority in your own country. There is no automated decision making nor profiling involved in the processing.
